Wrapped Fringe Rug

Learn to make a fringe rug! This tutorial will show you how to construct the ends of the braids, in 3 different ways. Hand-sewing is not necessary to make the ends, and also no machine sewing is used across the fringes. The only tools needed are the usual braiding tools, including two sizes of safety pins, a hemostat or needle-nose pliers, a few straight pins, and a steam iron (or a needle and matching thread for basting). I demonstrate each technique, and discuss the whole process from choosing to making patterns across the rows, to the final lacing. Create your own useful and unique home decor!
